I commonly observe the inner friction with clients who have massive hearts and BIG missions.⁣
⁣
They give a lot.⁣
But underneath, there’s an old imprint buried deep in the root chakra:⁣
⁣
“If I don’t give, I’m not a good person.”⁣
“If I have more, someone else will have less.”⁣
“If others are struggling, how dare I relax?”⁣
⁣
So they keep overgiving—out of obligation, not overflow.⁣
⁣
How does it show up in real life? ⁣
⁣
𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲—⁣
𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴. ⁣
⁣
Giving from guilt is not generosity.⁣
It’s a trauma echo—rooted in survival, scarcity, and martyrdom.⁣
⁣
When your root chakra is shadowed by guilt, it cannot anchor wealth.⁣
⁣
• Your body doesnt feel safe having.⁣
• And you cannot slow down and rest.⁣
⁣
As I tell my clients:⁣
⁣

I agree, there is a lot of inequality and injustice.⁣

But blaming the system doesn’t solve the issue—⁣It only exacerbates the separation.⁣

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗺𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲?⁣

And took care of yourself first,⁣
So you had the capacity to create lasting change without depleting your life force? ⁣

You are not “more than” or “less than.”⁣
